Our team of 100+ passionate builders focuses on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.Role SummaryWe're looking for a Head of Monetization & Growth to lead our monetization and growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a small team of product growth managers while also directly leading a squad focused on optimizing our user activation funnel, driving in-app retention, and spearheading pricing optimization and business model experimentation.Compensation: €120-140k + Stock-Options/BSPCELocation: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)About the RoleLead the monetization and growth strategic objective, working with multiple squads and growth managers across mobile and web platformsDefine and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap for growth and monetization, leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation to maximize paid subscriber revenueDrive a large portfolio of growth and monetization bets, managing experimentation velocity and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on key business metricsBuild growth loops and drive top-of-funnel growth. Increase engagement, retention and revenue through data-driven experimentationManage a small team of product growth managers, providing strategic direction as well as mentorship and coaching.About YouStaff-level product management. You have ~10 years of PM experience working on growth and monetization at the organizational level, with proven ability to optimize activation, retention, and upsell levers in mobile and web products.Leadership and management experience. You have a proven track record of leading and influencing multiple squads through rapid experimentation and iteration, and have directly managed small teams of PMs or growth managersData fluency. You have run A/B tests across diverse platforms and can analyze and optimize funnels to identify growth opportunities. You make decisions based on rigorous experimentation and quantitative analysis.Strategic and tactical balance. You have built growth strategies, defined growth models, and led successful growth and monetization initiatives at scale, balancing ambitious long-term visions with quick wins that drive short-term revenue and ensure organizational health.Creativity and wholistic product thinking. You don’t just think about funnels, you think about how to grow the product.
