Come and build with us.As a Product Manager on the Adoption & Retention team, your mission is to make sure users experience the “aha!” moment quickly — and keep coming back for more. You'll be responsible for crafting product experiences that turn curiosity into habit and activation into expansion. Nothing is off the table when it comes to making our users successful. Some features the team has built in the past:Our AI-assistant that unblocks users when they are stuckFolders to enable users with many many workflows to be more efficientOur templates repository: https://n8n.io/workflows/YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:1 - Drive Adoption & Activation StrategyStay on top of usage data, behavioural insights, and market trends to develop a winning strategy for user onboarding and activation. Define and evolve our activation metrics. Identify and remove friction points that prevent users from realizing value early.2 - User-Centric Product DiscoveryDeeply engage with our users — from community builders to enterprise admins — to understand their goals, blockers, and moments of delight. Validate hypotheses through research, prototyping, and testing. Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship elegant, intuitive product experiences.3 - Boost Engagement & RetentionDesign and iterate on features and nudges that increase frequency of use, habit formation, and retention.4 - Champion a Product-Led CulturePromote a data-informed, experimentation-driven approach to product development across the org. Help other teams understand key adoption and retention levers. Share insights and frameworks that contribute to product-led growth and long-term user success.REQUIREMENTS🚀 Proven product management experience: You’ve shipped products in fast-paced environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft.🧭 Thrive in ambiguity: You bring order to chaos, structure fuzzy problems, and prioritize ruthlessly among many possible directions.🎯 Exceptional product sense: You anticipate edge cases and second-order effects, making sharp tradeoffs without needing perfect information.🎨 Deep user empathy & strong UX instincts: You understand both first-time builders and power users, and know what good UX looks like in great products.🧠 Ownership & bias for action: You fix what’s broken, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan.📊 Data fluency with strong intuition: You’re comfortable writing SQL, digging into funnels/cohorts, and knowing when to trust product instinct.🤝 Influence without authority: You align engineering, design, data, DevRel, and docs through clarity ...
