You’ll be the backbone of our hiring process—keeping pipelines moving, candidates informed, and interviewers aligned—while also supporting lightweight People Operations work tied directly to hiring and onboarding.This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role with room to grow into Recruiting, People Ops, or Talent Partnerships over time.What You’ll DoTalent Coordination & Recruiting OperationsOwn interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendarsAct as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experienceMaintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedbackSupport offer coordination and pre-boarding, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and Hiring ManagersTrack pipeline health and flag bottlenecks or risks earlySourcing & Early Talent EngagementPartner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to source candidates for open roles (LinkedIn, outbound tools, referrals, inbound screening)Conduct initial resume screens and outreach for priority rolesHelp build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needsDraft and update job descriptions as roles evolveOnboarding & People Operations SupportCoordinate new hire onboarding logistics (documentation, systems access, equipment readiness)Maintain employee records and support updates in HR systemsAssist with benefits enrollment questions and onboarding-related inquiriesSupport People Ops projects tied to hiring, compliance, and process improvementWho You Are1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People OpsExceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you notice what others missStrong written and verbal communicator who’s comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholdersFamiliar with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) and eager to learn new systemsAble to manage competing priorities without losing momentumHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive informationComfortable in ambiguity and energized by building structure where none existsNice-to-HavesExposure to sourcing technical roles or working with engineering teamsStartup or high-growth company experienceInterest in growing into a Recruiter or People Operations role long-termFamiliarity with basic employment compliance or HR best practicesWhy This Role MattersYou’ll be directly responsible for keeping hiring moving as LiveKit scalesYou’ll gain hands-on experience across coordination, and onboardingYou’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across the companyYou’ll help shape how candidates experience LiveKit from day oneOur Commitments to YouWe offerAn opportunity to build something truly impactful to the worldContribute to open source alongside world-class engineersCompetitive salar ...
