This team is responsible for the systems, data, and processes that support TensorWave’s sales, marketing, and partnerships functions.In this role, you will work inside our CRM (HubSpot), build dashboards and reports, maintain data quality, write process documentation, and get exposure to automation tools used in modern go-to-market organizations. You will work alongside our GTM Analyst and report directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations.No prior revenue operations experience is required. We will teach you the tools and frameworks. This role is well-suited for anyone interested in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or go-to-market strategy as a career path.What You’ll DoCRM & Data OperationsMaintain data quality in HubSpot: identify and resolve duplicates, missing fields, and naming inconsistenciesSupport data enrichment and cleanup projects that improve sales team efficiencyHelp enforce data entry standards across the GTM organizationReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets to track pipeline health, deal progression, and sales activityPrepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for leadership reviewAnalyze data to surface trends in lead sources, conversion rates, and rep performanceProcess DocumentationCreate and update process guides in Confluence covering CRM workflows, data standards, and dashboard maintenanceOrganize the internal knowledge base so sales reps can find resources quicklyDocument GTM playbooks and track outcomes of outbound motionsTools & AutomationWork hands-on with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Jira, and ConfluenceHelp identify manual processes that could be automated and assist with scoping solutionsTroubleshoot tool issues and support workflow improvements across the teamCross-Functional SupportAttend meetings with Sales, Marketing, BD/Partnerships, and Customer Experience teamsParticipate in weekly standups, 1:1s, and pipeline reviewsWho You AreRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with data in spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)Clear written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage tasks independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Preferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpotExposure to data visualization or reporting toolsInterest in AI/ML, cloud computing, or technical infrastructurePrior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, or business strategyFamiliarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)What You Will GainWorking proficiency in a modern GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Confluence, Jira) that is used widely across the tech industryPortfolio-ready deliverables: dashboards, process documentation, automation projects, and a capstone presentationDirect mentorship from the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and daily collaboration with the GTM AnalystCross-functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, BD, Finance, and Product teamsA concrete understanding of career paths in revenue operations, sales operations, and GTM strategyWhat We OfferPaid internship experienceFounder and leadership speaker sessionsDedicated mentorship and cross-functional networkingIndustry and market education sessionsCareer development workshops (resume review, mock interviews, interview prep)Team-building events ...
