As an early-career engineer, you’ll partner with senior engineers to design, build, and scale systems that power personalized messaging for millions of consumers. You’ll get hands-on experience working with AI-driven workflows, high-scale distributed systems, and real-world data—all while learning best practices in software development and contributing to products that directly impact Attentive’s success.</div> <div> </div> <div>The AI Products team is responsible for building intelligent, automated customer experiences that deliver the right message, at the right time, through the right channel. We design and scale AI-powered systems that understand customer behavior, personalize interactions, and enable brands to create seamless journeys that drive growth.</div> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Accomplish</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers to design, build, and maintain features for Attentive’s AI-powered messaging journeys.</li> <li>Write clean, efficient, and testable code, participating in code reviews and team discussions.</li> <li>Help improve system reliability, scalability, and performance as our products grow.</li> <li>Debug and troubleshoot issues in production, learning how to build resilient distributed systems.</li> <li>Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.</li> <li>Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, AI integration, and agile development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships or co-op experience welcome).</li> <li>Strong foundation in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or similar).</li> <li>Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-ori ...
