Our product-led growth model has attracted a significant number of high-growth companies who have scaled their usage organically, and as they grow, it's critical that we evolve from just a self-service solution into a strategic business partner. This role is pivotal in demonstrating Render's long-term value and scalability, owning the commercial health of the relationship, and ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives on our platform.As the primary business owner for a portfolio of Render's most important customers, you will be responsible for understanding their strategic goals, leading commercial conversations, and driving adoption and expansion. You will proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by reinforcing our value proposition against alternatives managed platform services and hyperscalers. Working in close partnership with our Customer Engineers, you will provide a holistic experience that combines deep technical guidance with strategic business alignment, ultimately securing our position as a long-term partner in their success.Responsibilities include:Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-growth customers, establishing yourself as their trusted business advisor and primary point of contact.Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, their key objectives, and their technical roadmap to create and account plans that ensure Render is delivering maximum value.Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing customer concerns, articulating Render's scalability, and reinforcing the value proposition.Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities to convert cus ...
