We are looking for a Finance Manager who will join our Cash Management Team in the Finance Department to maintain the financial integrity of Insider. This position will take ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for the Vietnam region, as well as supporting other regions as needed. In this role you will work closely with Sales Ops, Sales, Legal and other departments to help streamline processes in accordance with company’s policy. Insider’s Finance Team is looking for a new wonder kid who is a hard working, team player at heart and has a passion for a hyper growing SAAS Start-up! What you will do day in and day out: Ensure timely and accurate issuance of domestic and international invoices in compliance with Vietnamese billing and accounting regulations Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for Vietnam-based customers, ensuring correctness and regulatory compliance Regularly review customer balances and lead collections follow-ups, including: Email communication, Phone calls, In-person visits when necessary Proactively report invoicing and collection issues to HQ Finance and work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve them Maintain regular customer reconciliations to ensure alignment on outstanding balances and payment status Support monthly and annual accounting closing activities Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with internal ...
