You’ll ensure the space runs flawlessly day-to-day while delivering a premium, design-forward environment for customers, fans, partners, and guests.</p> <p>You are equal parts local ambassador and host — someone who obsesses in building local community, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands that physical spaces are an extension of the brand.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Showroom Brand Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee showroom presentation, product displays, and launch setups.<br><br></li> <li>Partner with marketing and retail teams to execute product launches, community moments, and press events.</li> <li>Act as on-site point of contact for partners, press, and VIP guests.</li> <li>Conduct routine outreach effort in San Francisco community and host brand events to elevate Nothing’s local exposure. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Site Operations Facilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own daily site operations, including opening/closing procedures, vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance.<br><br></li> <li>Manage facilities partners (cleaning, security, repairs, utilities, etc.).<br><br></li> <li>Oversee space readiness, safety compliance, and workplace standards.<br><br></li> <li>Manage site budget, invoices, and reporting.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Workplace Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create a welcoming, high-energy workplace experience for employees and visitors.<br><br></li> <li>Support internal events, team offsites, and leadership visits.<br><br></li> <li>Ensure the space reflects brand standards at all times — visually, culturally, operationally.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>People Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders (Retail, Marketing, People, Ops).<br><br></li> <li>Support onboarding logistics for new hires based in SF.<br><br></li> <li>Build playbooks and processes that scale as we grow.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A fan of the Nothing; A technology early adopter; Passionate to represent the brand in San Francisco.</li> <li> </li> <li>5+ years of experience in studio management, workplace operations, hospitality, retail management, showroom management, or similar.<br><br></li> <li>Experience managing a physical space end-to-end (office, retail, studio, or event space).<br><br></li> <li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.<br><br></li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.<br><br></li> <li>Confident communicator who can represent the brand in person.<br><br></li> <li>Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for launches or events.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> < ...
