Care to join us?</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong>:</p> <p>We are looking for a visionary and strategic <strong>Field CTO</strong> with a "learn-it-all" mindset to serve as a high-impact technical advisor for our most strategic prospects and customers. In this role, you will act as a peer to client executives, translating complex business transformations into scalable technical strategies. You will drive innovation by championing <strong>Process Intelligence</strong> ,<strong>Agentic AI</strong> and <strong>Enterprise Modernization</strong>, ensuring our technology aligns with the evolving needs of the global market.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Executive Advisory:</strong> Serve as a trusted advisor to <strong>C-level executives</strong>, aligning their long-term strategic goals with the Celonis technical vision.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Architecture Roadmap:</strong> Lead the overarching data, cloud, and innovation strategy for our largest global accounts, utilizing methodologies like <strong>Capability Mapping</strong> to identify high-value opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Innovation Leadership:</strong> Architect "first-of-a-kind" solutions using emergent technologies like <strong>Agentic AI</strong> to solve complex enterprise challenges.</li> <li><strong>Sales Business Impact:</strong> Partner with Sales and Value Engineering driving revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.</li> <li><strong>Product Advocacy:</strong> Act as a critical feedback loop between our Product Engineering teams and the market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes our future offerings.</li> <li><strong>Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations that establish our brand as a leader in architecture and innovation.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Communication:</strong> Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value.</li> <li><strong>Modernization Expertise:</strong> Deep experience in <strong>Enterprise Modernization</strong>, <strong>EA Methodologies</strong>, and a robust understanding of <strong>Agentic AI</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Technical Versatility:</strong> Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo.</li> <li><strong>Technical Foundation:</strong> Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow. </li> <li><strong>ERP/Domain:</strong> Strong knowledge of at least one ERP <strong>SAP</strong> or <strong>Oracle</strong> or in alternative strong domain expertise in high regulated industries like Financial Services.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Tech Stack:</strong> Celonis, OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines.</li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> TOGAF/Zachmann , AWS/Azure/GCP , and ESB/ETL certifications (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).</li> <li><strong>Industry Breadth:</strong> Experience across at least two domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) and two industries (e.g., Pharma, <strong>Banking</strong>, Aerospace)</li> </ul> <p>Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.</p> < ...
