Care to join us?</p></div><p><strong>The Team:</strong></p> <p>The Controllership organization is a key team within Celonis, responsible for global accounting, tax, and shared services. The statutory accounting team in particular plays a critical role in ensuring quality financial statements that are in adherence with local regulations. This role reports to the Director of Accounting and is based out of our Madrid office, where our entire statutory accounting team is based. <br><br><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Manager, International Statutory Reporting to join our team and oversee the end-to-end preparation of statutory financial statements, ensure the successful completion of statutory audits, manage the relationship with external auditors, and ensure our reporting aligns with both local regulatory requirements and international standards. We place high value on filing compliant, quality financial statements on time. </p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation, audit, and filing of our annual statutory financial statements for assigned legal entities (approximately 8 legal entities)</li> <li>Ensure all reporting is compliant with IFRS and Local GAAP where applicable.
