Care to join us?</p></div><p><strong>The</strong></p> <p><strong>The Team:</strong></p> <p>The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at Celonis serves as the strategic engine behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) success. By unifying revenue operations, analytics, and infrastructure into a single, simplified structure, the team creates the data-driven foundation necessary for scaling growth across the entire customer value chain. Operating at the vital intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compensation, RevOps champions an agile and collaborative approach to eliminate friction and drive alignment. Ultimately, the team is dedicated to building a consistent operational model that empowers our GTM teams to move with clarity, efficiency, and precision.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>Reporting into the VP of North America Revenue Strategy and Operations, you won’t just be watching the gears turn—you’ll be helping to build the machine. Based in our Raleigh hub, you will support the end-to-end operational strategy for one of our most critical markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll play a lead role partnering with multiple GTM functions to create a data driven and AI-native strategy to build our growth engine for scale in North America.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional revenue initiatives from initial concept and analysis through to deployment, adoption, and results measurement.</li> <li>This role will lead as a trusted business partner to the BDR and Partner teams critical to scaling our GTM engine. This includes designing and implementing operational improvements, enablement programs, and process changes that drive efficiency and better outcomes.</li> <li>Build close interlocks within our NAM Global RevOps teams leading Sales and VE strategies and operations. Collaborate on holistic initiatives that drive outcomes for customers and improved experiences for our account teams.</li> <li>Dive deep into sales data (using Salesforce, AI, and other tools) to report on pipeline health, identify gaps in performance, and surface opportunities for revenue acceleration to leadership.</li> <li>Proactively gather qualitative and quantitative feedback by listening to sales calls, interviewing front-line sellers (BDRs, AEs, VEs), and analyzing performance reports to understand the "why" behind the data.</li> <li>Influence the tech stack roadmap to help the NAM business scale and drive rep productivity.</li> <li>Own the full lifecycle of your initiatives, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Success is measured by full adoption and tangible business results, not just project launch.</li> <li>Continuously monitor and iterate on deployed initiatives, gathering feedback to ensure they remain effective and are driving the intended revenue impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis, combined with strong hands-on experience with BI platforms.</li> <li>Advancing proficiency and curiosity around AI use cases for RevOps Field teams; experience with embedded AI capabilities + conversational AI to simplify workflows and enrich customer engagement.</li> <li>Familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack and data infrastructure, such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo (or other enrichment tools), compensation tools, and Snowflake databases.</li> <li>Deep business acumen with the ...
