Care to join us?</p></div><p><strong>The Team</strong></p> <p>The Celonis Ecosystem team is building and scaling partnerships with Tech, Cloud, AI, and Professional Services firms to fuel Celonis’ growth in non-linear ways. Within the Ecosystem, the AI partnerships team is dedicated to expanding our collaboration with AI-first consulting firms through joint business opportunities that deliver superior client value. We are hiring for a Partner Management Executive to join our team, focusing on developing and managing our joint Go-To-Market activities across the globe. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As Partner Management Executive, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Celonis’ partnerships with AI-first Consulting firms across the world. Your role involves building strong relationships, fostering trust, and developing a shared understanding of business objectives to define joint solutions, shape AI-transformation programs, and influence key business opportunities. Success will be evaluated based on joint business impact, thought leadership, and the creation of scalable go-to-market strategies.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for AI-first consulting firms across the world</li> <li>Attract and develop senior relationships with industry-, and capability leaders, regional heads, and responsible account partners</li> <li>Refine and constantly evolve Celonis’ AI-positioning in partnership with our Partner Acceleration and Partner Marketing teams </li> <li>Identify high-potential AI-first consulting firms aligned with Celonis’ priorities and regional growth goals</li> <li>Qualify and prioritize potential partners based on capability fit, maturity and go-to-market synergies</li> <li>Pitch the joint value proposition to secure buy-in, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach, and articulate how Celonis complements the AI tech stack</li> <li>Source joint engagements and ensure successful execution by aligning expectations with consulting partners and coordinating across internal Celonis teams</li> <li>Collaborate with Partner Acceleration teams to embed Celonis into partner methodologies and offerings, ensuring Celonis is part of the “toolbox” for AI teams </li> <li>Develop and convert pipeline by collaborating closely with Celonis regional- sales leadership in activating partners in priority accounts, and guiding C-level pitches</li> <li>Manage stakeholders across various Celonis functions, partners, customers third parties to ensure conversion of joint opportunities and successful delivery of client engagements and impact</li> <li>Drive joint thought leadership and marketing through whitepapers, market narratives, and industry insights, and joint events</li> <li>Manage regional governance with consulting firms, including regular steering committees, pipeline reviews, and project forecasts</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>The qualifications you need</strong></p> <ul> <li>7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy and/or technology consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes</li> <li>Deep understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate technical value propositions</li> <li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence </li> <li>Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives </li> <li>Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite ot ...
