Care to join us?</p></div><p></p> <p><strong>The Team:</strong><br><br>This role is a vital part of the Data Team within the Celonis Product organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Data and the Process Intelligence Graph.</p> <p>You will lead the further development of the Process Query Engine (PQE). This engine is the essential component that loads the data models representing the Process Intelligence Graph. The PI Graph is the heart of the Celonis Platform: a system-agnostic digital twin that integrates data from all sources to create a unified, enriched view of your end-to-end processes. The PQE's function is serving all analytical and process mining related dashboard queries written in our Process Query Language (PQL), a language specifically optimized for process analysis.</p> <p>Two years ago, Celonis extended its lead in process mining by being the first company to bring Object-Centric Process Mining to market with the Process Intelligence Graph. This crucial innovation enables enterprises to analyze multiple, intersecting processes in their organization and find ways to continue growing revenue and optimizing their costs. And it was further recognized by all 3 enterprise advisory firms (Gartner, Forester, Everest) and all major process mining vendors planning to launch competitors.</p> <p>This technology provides a critical foundation for companies looking to build AI agents in enterprises. It provides analysis for how the company processes already work to train your agent and tracks how agents before so you can continue training them. </p> <p>As the Principal PM, you will primarily drive and collaborate with the four dedicated Engineering Teams located across Munich (3 teams) and the USA (1 team).</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering organization. Embedded within a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and product strategy for a critical engine at the core of the Celonis Platform.</p> <p>Your mandate includes rigorous prioritization of the product roadmap and actively supporting execution with clear, well-defined requirements. Successful product managers at this level must have a strong understanding of complex customer needs and the overall enterprise data market in which we operate. You will directly enable global enterprises to solve their most challenging, mission-critical problems by unlocking unparalleled speed and scale. Success is driven by your ability to drive deep collaboration across Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, and our most strategic customers.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong><em><br></em></p> <ul> <li>Define the product vision and strategic roadmap for the Process Query Engine (PQE), steering its development to meet future enterprise customer needs that rely on the high-performance analysis of petabyte-scale data. This includes pushing the boundaries of what's possible with a data set currently exceeding 2 petabytes and growing.</li> <li>Lead the successful execution of the customer migration process to the PQE, guiding internal teams and actively managing the transition for strategic accounts.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment by serving as the essential connector between highly technical Engineering teams and the commercial Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.</li> <li>Promote the PPQE as the subject matter expert, leading enablement initiatives and working with GTM to define new use cases unlocked by the engine's advanced capabilities.</li> <li>Ensure all development and strategic decisions for both migration and f ...
