We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>The Product Strategy and Operations team reports into our VP of Product Strategy. The main objective of the team is to help our Product and Engineering organization function at scale. We do so by establishing consistent cross-functional practices and frameworks, executing programs projects to enable teams to manage their tasks with low friction, and facilitating and aggregating business, customer, and market data insights.</p> <p>We are looking for an expert in project management and program implementation. Success requires the ability to structure and manage large programs across departments, specifically within Product Engineering; to manage stakeholder needs; to drive alignment and prioritization; and to deliver executive-level communications. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of Celonis’s most important Product and Engineering initiatives. </p> <p><strong>The Work You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and manage our Roadmapping tool (AHA!)</li> <li>Designing new processes and performing analysis on implementation models </li> <li>Develop and maintain strategic cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders</li> <li>Design and optimize ways of working to define and meet deliverable deadlines</li> <li>Create presentations, perform financial analysis, use common project management tools and provide executive communications</li> <li>Assist teams in setting priorities and leveraging data and analytics to manage tradeoffs </li> <li>Define roles and responsibilities, track resource needs and manage escalations</li> <li>Be flexible, excel when faced with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have a bias for acting now - then iterate</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Qualifications You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience implementing and managing best practices in AHA! (Roadmap tool)</li> <li>7+ years of experience in consulting or product operations. </li> <li>4+ years of experience in running complex projects with multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and scarce resources (preferably in a software company)</li> <li>A proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills </li> <li>Domain experience in roadmap planning tracking process, ideally has implemented led the roadmap strategy planning process in a comparable software company before</li> <li>A passion for creating and implementing new processes </li> <li>Operational rigor and track record of cross-functional stakeholder project management and execution</li> <li>Excited about providing clarity in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative hyper-growth company</li> <li>Understanding of the interdependencies between the internal and external processes in a software company.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals</li> <li>Not a requirement but a plus is a PMP or Six Sigma certification </li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <p>As part of Product Strategy and Operations, you impact how Product Management operates internally and with external stakeholders.
