Care to join us?</p></div><div><strong>The Team:</strong><br>You will be based in our Madrid office, being part of the global People Culture Department, reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery. You will be working closely with different departments as Finance, Legal and Corporate Development.<br><br><strong>The Role:</strong><br>You will join our HR Service Delivery Team as an HR Intern. You will have the opportunity to learn about HR areas like: employment contracts, benefits administration, handling employees queries, etc.<br><br><strong>The Work You’ll Do:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Preparation of employment contracts globally</li> <li>Various administration tasks including but not limited to the preparation and amendment of various HR documents</li> <li>Handling new university agreements and onboarding interns and working students</li> <li>Supporting other team within the HR Department such as Payroll, Compliance,...</li> <li>Maintaining and updating databases as Workday, Greenhouse, Make, Jira...</li> <li>Managing the benefits for French, Spanish and Italian employees</li> <li>Handling the day-to-day employee queries</li> <li>Handling administrative tasks from Onboarding and Offboarding process</li> </ul> <div><strong>The Qualifications You Need:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Have a university degree in the fields of Economics, Social Sciences, Law or Psychology, ideally a Master’s in HR Management.
