Whether through community outreach, world-class events, or partnership integrations, the Epic Games Publishing and Marketing teams seek to surprise players with new experiences every time they drop in to play.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <p>Epic Games is looking for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the marketing vision and strategy for how we engage players across all of Epic’s 1st party games. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning Lifecycle Strategy, Activation, and Operations, and partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Tech teams to bring that vision to life. You’ll drive scalable, data-driven programs that enhance player acquisition, engagement, and retention globally.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the lifecycle strategy across key surfaces, using behavioral and predictive capabilities to sustain player engagement.</li> <li>Develop player journey frameworks that unify Lifecycle surfaces to provide a personalized experience for our players.</li> <li>Deliver measurable gains in engagement and monetization through experimentation, insights, and continuous optimization.</li> <li>Enhance our messaging strategy with automated, data-driven messages tailored to player behavior, interests, and engagement; boosting retention, relevance, and impact.</li> <li>Use automation and stronger frameworks to scale campaign planning, execution, and measurement; tightening workflows, improving documentation, enforcing schedules, and optimizing capacity so teams can focus on creativity and strategy.</li> <li>Unify lifecycle communications across the FN ecosystem to create a cohesive narrative that boosts engagement, strengthens brand equity, and readies the team to adapt to any business and consumer needs</li> <li>Expand team capabilities and infrastructure to scale a programmatic lifecycle model by driving personalization, faster learning, and consistent business impact.</li> </ul> <h3><strong> What we're looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product management, or growth marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or fast moving consumer tech.</li> <li>Proven track record building or scaling growth platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, experimentation) that drive measurable user engagement.</li> <li>Deep understanding of player lifecycle, retention, and performance optimization across owned and paid channels.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross disciplinary teams and manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution. </li> <li>Passion for games, technology, and building systems that create meaningful consumer/player experiences.</li> </ul> <h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2> <p><span data-sheets-userformat="{"2":13201,"3":{"1":0},"7":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":{"1":2,"2":13421772}},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":3},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":0,"11":4,"12":0,"15":"Roboto","16":10}">Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
