This role will report to the Director and Assistant General Counsel, Commercial, and will serve as a key legal partner to cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the company.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Technologies You’ll Use</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ironclad, SFDC</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support Fivetran’s sales organization by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements, including MSAs, order forms, DPAs, BAAs, and related amendments</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and RevOps to facilitate efficient deal execution while managing legal and business risk</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advise on contractual issues related to data protection, privacy, security, IP, liability, and compliance in a SaaS environment</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to help close deals while maintaining scalable contracting processes</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support cross-functional initiatives related to product launches, pricing, go-to-market motions, and customer lifecycle matters</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Skills We’re Looking For</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">7+ years’ experience negotiating and drafting sales agreements, including in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company and/or law firm.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, or technology agreements supporting direct sales teams</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and technology contracting issues in a B2B SaaS context</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills and comfort advising non-legal stakeholders</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly organized, responsive, ...
