We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.</p></div><p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">About the Role</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We’re looking for a Revenue Accountant to be responsible for timely and accurate revenue recognition. This role will work on all aspects of the revenue accounting process to ensure accurate and complete financial information. This includes, but is not limited to, sales contract review for revenue implications and executing month-end and year-end close activities. In addition, this position will require impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under deadlines. You will maintain best-in-class processes and controls to support the seamless execution of our revenue recognition activities. You’ll support the design of automated solutions to further scale and streamline revenue processes. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Additionally, you must be able to work US hours for the first 90 days and during month end close period.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Revenue Recognition Month-End Close</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables in NetSuite (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics and reporting), in compliance with ASC 606</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Clearly and completely document all processes and procedures in line with control activities </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform ongoing contract review of closed deals and ensure appropriateness of revenue inputs for revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in tracking and assessing non-standard revenue contracts, as needed, for appropriateness of revenue recognition</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support external audit requirements, as needed</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Accounts Receivable </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare sales order reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of all orders between systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and maintain quarterly CECL analysis to account for expected credit losses for financial reporting</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and document A/R related adjustments, including write-offs, in accordance with established policies</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Data Integrity Reconciliations</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify process improvements and assist in automation efforts to drive efficiency initiatives within the quote to cash business cycle</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare revenue-related system reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in testing for revenue system enhancements to ensure new feature ...
