<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Peloton’s Content Department produces classes year round in order to deliver a broad range of highly engaging live and on-demand content to our Members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced, and rapidly growing department. We’re looking for a hands-on, fitness forward, Social Content Producer and Editor who can support our brand Instructors with high quality video content. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between organic storytelling and paid performance, supporting the end-to-end creative lifecycle for social advertisements.<strong> </strong>Video shooting, editing, brand and influencer storytelling, an understanding of social audiences, trends, and paid marketing is required. The role will be based in our New York City office and will be required to report to the office at least 4-5 days per week, with the understanding that team members may occasionally be required to work additional days in the office (including weekends or holidays) or be present at a physical Peloton or other location, in NYC or otherwise, based on team or business needs. </p> <p><strong>YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead fast-turn social content creation from concept through delivery, with a focus on trend awareness and paid content execution</li> <li>Ideate, produce, and edit platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Peloton-owned platforms to grow community, support brand initiatives, and fuel both organic paid social channels</li> <li>Apply paid social expertise by optimizing content for platform algorithms, visibility, and performance (including hooks, CTAs, and multiple aspect ratios) </li> <li>Deliver high-volume output to capitalize on key marketing moments, producing approximately 6–10 video assets per week</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to brief, capture, and produce high-performing assets, from talent-led ads to product education content, ensuring a consistent pipeline of optimized paid social creative</li> <li>Pitch platform-specific social and original content concepts tailored to each channel</li> <li>Support planning and execution for major tentpole initiatives and event coverage</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOU BRING TO PELOTON</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong ability to identify trends and stories and craft timely, relevant content that joins the cultural conversation</li> <li>3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Producer and Editor across multiple platforms</li> <li>Experience with X, Facebook, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts (a plus)</li> <li>Experience writing briefs and pitching concepts aligned to KPIs</li> <li>Familiarity with social data tools to inform creative strategy and brief development</li> <li>Proven ability to edit at high volume across a variety of formats and platforms</li> <li>Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create emotionally resonant content</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve</li> <li>Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent writing skills with speed, accuracy, and clarity</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Hybrid</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-KM1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
