Product Manager II - Cash Balances

The Cash Deposits team is improving the customer cash experience by offering trusted, easy-to-use cash balances that support traders when they choose to reduce risk. The role will focus on two areas: elevating the trust and quality of cash options, and making cash readily usable across activities such as trading, spending, and sending. What you'll be doing: Own product development for our Cash and USDC products on the main Coinbase app - improving our existing offerings, and expanding into new ones Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute against the product roadmap Launching zero to one new products for Coinbase users across existing and new Cash domains Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure we are building a best-in-class user experience Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision for our entire brokerage platform Clearly communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality internally to partners and executive leadership, and externally to our customers What we look for in you: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech Deep expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking and/or Cash management products . Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment A commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core Ability to bridge complex technical and regulatory requirements with simple, intuitive user-facing products Demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission Nice to haves: Bridge both fintech and defi expertise to build uniquely compelling crypto-powered cash offerings.
