Help shape our Perioperative Care Coordination solution that uses assistants to automate and streamline pre-admission testing workflows (PAT) for hospital staff. It's designed to reduce the administrative burden on nurses and other healthcare workers so they can focus on patient care. </p> <p>Build scalable, intelligent systems that enhance the efficiency and reliability of these automated workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering and product to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role that will influence our platform, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineers and product managements to define and refine product requirements<br><br></li> <li>Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product<br><br></li> <li>Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback<br><br></li> <li>Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight<br><br></li> <li>Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering<br><br></li> <li>Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+</strong> years of experience in product engineering<br><br></li> <li>Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment<br><br></li> <li>Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels<br><br></li> <li>Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React<br><br></li> <li>A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail<br><br></li> <li>Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong interest in ChatGPT, LLMs, and other GenAI technologies</li> <li>Background in health tech<br><br></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
