Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Locations: Austin, TX or Lisbon, Portugal</strong></p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Cloudflare is seeking an International Tax Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities with a focus on international taxation. You will report to the Director of International Tax and work with other members of the tax and finance teams, collaborating with cross-functional business partners from time-to-time</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review the international portions of the US federal tax returns</li> <li>Prepare BEAT, GILTI, FDII and other key international provisions</li> <li>Assist with the quarterly and annual international tax provision and forecast</li> <li>Assist with quarterly and annual transfer pricing documents and calculations</li> <li>Prepare foreign statutory tax returns and financial statements</li> <li>Assist in special projects including but not limited to: MA, permanent establishment risk, audit defense</li> <li>Research and document conclusions for international tax transactions</li> <li>Assist with internal process documentation and automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field</li> <li>2+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company</li> <li>Proficient technology skills including excel and AI</li> <li>Basic understanding of and experience with US and foreign tax returns, transfer pricing and tax provisions</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Masters in Tax or Accounting</li> <li>Certified Public Accountant</li> <li>Both public accounting and technology industry experience</li> <li>Experience with Oracle, Alteryx and AI</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What Makes Cloudflare Special?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company.
