<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<p>The Cloudflare Japan Partner team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Cloudflare solutions by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful. Our goal is to recognize our partners’ successes as they harness the collective strengths of our organizations to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.</p>
<p>Based out of Tokyo, this role will be a dedicated member of the Japan Partner team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Japan, collaborating closely with the Global Partner Program team to ensure alignment of overall business goals while acting as the "voice of Japan." Your main objective will be to lead the PowerUp program, program initiatives, and localization to accelerate the engagement of our PowerUp partners in the Japanese market.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will work in coordination with APAC stakeholders to drive partner operations and partner marketing.</p>
<p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Program Management Localization:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the owner of the PowerUp program and related partner benefits in Japan, including auditing and reporting for Elite, Select, Registered, and Distribution partners.</li>
<li>Serve as the "voice of Japan" to Global Partner Program teams, gathering local requirements to help define and refine competitive programs.</li>
<li>Lead the localization of PowerUp program policies, processes, and Rules of Engagement (RoE).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Operations Enablement:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with APAC Partner Operations and Enablement leads to track and measure partner requirements, such as certifications and assessments, ensuring partners maintain their tier status.</li>
<li>Track the performance of each partner and provide essential support and documentation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).</li>
<li>Act as the local owner of the Partner Portal, providing guidance on Japan-specific requirements to the global team.</li>
<li>Conduct regular enablement activities for Cloudflare internal employees on how to effectively engage and work with Channel partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Marketing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with APAC Partner Marketing to drive pipeline generation activities with Japanese partners.</li>
<li>Assist in managing and evolving partner agreements and contracting processes in coordination with Legal and Operations teams.</li>
