We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy <strong>People Team Intern</strong> who is passionate about the intersection of Human Resources and Artificial Intelligence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will be embedded in one of these global HR functions to drive project efficiency and help us pioneer the use of AI in the workplace:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>People Operations: </strong>Manages the administrative and operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes and employee support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Talent Acquisition:</strong> Partners with managers to source, attract, and recruit top talent to fill open positions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>HR Business Partners: </strong>Serve as trusted advisors, who leverage deep business acumen to understand, influence, and operationalize business strategy to drive results and execute on key initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Talent Growth Enablement: </strong>Designs and delivers programs and resources to develop and retain critical talent, foster professional growth, and amplify career advancement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Benefits: </strong>Designs, manages, and administers employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee well-being while optimizing company costs.
