Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Locations: Austin, TX</strong></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned and hands-on People Technology Operations Manager to join our People Operations team to lead the strategic evolution of our HR technology ecosystem. You will own the roadmap for global system enhancements, ensuring our infrastructure scales alongside Cloudflare’s global growth. This role will lead the execution of global programs, addressing immediate, high-priority HR systems needs and projects.The work will have a direct and immediate impact on our most significant initiatives, including our multi-year, global payroll provider implementation and the establishment of new entities.</p> <p>You will act as the vital bridge between HR, Payroll, and IT, translating operational needs into technical requirements. Your expert knowledge of HR processes, Workday configuration, and project management skills will be essential as you work directly with our teams to deliver on these immediate priorities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Leadership for Immediate Needs:</strong> Provide expert project management and hands-on support for high-priority initiatives, including our global payroll provider implementation and new entity setups.</li> <li><strong>Systems Operations Support:</strong> Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems, providing direct support for immediate operational needs and projects.</li> <li><strong>Liaison Translation:</strong> Act as the direct liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT, ensuring the technical design of new implementations is fully supported by our systems and bridging any gaps between the functions.</li> <li><strong>Workday Expertise:</strong> Utilize deep knowledge of Workday fields and configuration to drive system efficiency and accuracy, providing guidance to internal teams.</li> <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Lead and execute user acceptance testing, change management, and training for enhancements and new implementations.</li> <li><strong>Compliance Documentation:</strong> Ensure all solutions align with internal data security policies and SOX controls by developing and maintaining technical documentation, including process flows and project plans.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on Problem Solving:</strong> Provide direct technical guidance and support to the HR Operations team on complex system issues and configurations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Proven experience (8+ years) as an HR Systems and Operations work or a similar role.</li> ...
