Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>Cloudflare is looking for someone who can own and run sales enablement programs. This person will create clear programs and playbooks that help Account Executives build strong sales pipelines, increase revenue, and improve profitability. The role involves both coming up with practical sales strategies and making sure they are put into action successfully and deliver real results.</p> <p>You are right for this role if you are comfortable working with sales to understand their pipe generation and progression needs, prescribing and prioritizing solutions to meet business problems, and working cross functionally with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, Product Marketing, Sales leaders and others to deliver programs that meet sales team's needs and measure results.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with sales leaders to agree on the main business goals for each quarter and the year</li> <li>Review sales performance to understand what’s working and what’s not, then create sales enablement programs to fix gaps in pipeline, productivity, or market coverage</li> <li>Create targeted sales plays based on recent wins across different industries, customer types, and regions</li> <li>Own sales enablement programs from start to finish — planning them, coordinating execution across teams, tracking results, and measuring success after launch</li> <li>Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops and Sales leaders to make sure sales plays are built into sales training</li> <li>Clearly communicate program goals and updates across the company to drive focus and results</li> <li>Adjust sales strategies based on market changes, such as new regulations or shifting customer needs</li> <li>Handle special requests and projects from senior leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Experience</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in crafting sales enablement programs, campaigns, sales messaging and prospecting, preferably within the SaaS industry</li> <li>Experience managing sales tools such as Salesforce and learning LMS’s</li> <li>Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, sales plays and lead generation</li> <li>Strong ability to drive standard process, in collaboration with diverse functions and groups</li> <li>Experience drawing actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data</li> <li>Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency</li> <li>Proficient in ...
