Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Locations: </strong>Bengaluru, India</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>The Oracle Finance Functional Consultant will be a primary functional expert responsible for the configuration, validation, and optimization of the <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials</strong> modules. This role is critical for the company-wide Oracle migration, focusing on configuring systems to accurately reflect accounting policies and compliance standards across General Ledger, Account Payables Account Receivables, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Leasing, and Project Costing.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Module Ownership:</strong> Define and own the functional configuration roadmap for key financial modules, including General Ledger, Account Payables Account Receivables, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Leasing, and Project Costing<strong>.</strong></li> <li><strong>Compliance and System Configuration:</strong> Directly design and configure Oracle Fusion to ensure enforcement of critical financial compliance standards (e.g., ASC 606/IFRS 15, SOX).</li> <li><strong>Reporting Design:</strong> Define and develop robust financial reports and dashboards that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders using Oracle Fusion reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, FRS, Smartview).</li> <li><strong>Implementation Data Migration:</strong> Lead the configuration, unit testing, and cutover activities for financial modules, including defining the strategy and execution for data conversion of critical master and transactional data (e.g., customers, open invoices).</li> <li><strong>Process Alignment:</strong> Partner with Finance Business Users and Business Systems Analysts to ensure system configurations align with corporate policy and drive process efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience as a Consultant, specifically supporting financial ERP systems.</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end implementation and <strong>configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials</strong>, focusing on the General Ledger, Account Payables Account Receivables, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Leasing, and Project Costing.</li> <li>Deep functional understanding of core accounting principles.</li> <li>Proven ability to create/translate detailed functional design documents and author system configuration from design through deployment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in an organization transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.</li> <li>Hands-o ...
