Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Locations: Austin, NYC, or SF</strong></p> <div><strong>About The Role</strong><br>Cloudflare Realtime is a new and exciting suite of products designed to empower developers to build truly interactive applications with real-time audio, video, and AI experiences. This suite brings together our highly performant SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit), STUN, and TURN services, alongside the innovative RealtimeKit – a collection of mobile and web SDKs and server-side services (recording, coordination, transcription).<br>We are looking for a passionate and technically adept Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cloudflare Realtime. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of real-time communication on our global network, making complex media capabilities accessible to developers of all skill levels.</div> <div><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br> <ul> <li>Drive the strategy and roadmap for Cloudflare Realtime, including RealtimeKit, SFU, and TURN services.</li> <li>Lead new product features from ideation through launch, and continuing through ongoing maintenance and support.</li> <li>Guide internal and external teams on developing and integrating with Realtime services and SDKs.</li> <li>Develop and nurture key external relationships with partners (e.g., Hugging Face) and open-source maintainers, ensuring their needs are heard and acted upon.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, Community Developer Advocacy, Sales, and Customer Support to drive adoption and gather feedback from customers and prospects.</li> <li>Ruthlessly prioritize across a complex environment of diverse customers, stakeholders, and objectives, with a strong focus on delivering developer value.</li> <li>Represent the company externally as needed, including meetings with customers, speaking at external events, and participating in relevant industry groups.</li> <li>Deeply understand WebRTC and real-time communication challenges, translating complex technical concepts into intuitive developer experiences.</li> </ul> <strong>Examples Of Desirable Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven track record of shipping developer-facing products from ideation to launch, with 3+ years of professional experience working on technology products.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of real-time communication technologies, including WebRTC, WebSockets, SFUs, and TURN servers.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the developer journey, with a passion for building tools and SDKs that abstract complexity and enable rapid application development.</li> <li>Developer foc ...
