As the Senior Product Manager for Growth and Adoption, you will lead the charge in defining the "Aha" moment for every user—from individual developers to Fortune 500 enterprises. Your goal is to move users from "idea" to "deployed product" in a single, seamless workflow.

This is an AI-first role where you are expected to do the majority of your work—prototyping, bug fixing, and building—leveraging AI coding agents to achieve maximum velocity. You will focus on the end-to-end user experience (UX) and optimize for high-velocity learning with the goal of showing users the magic of Cloudflare ASAP to drive long-term retention.

This role sits on the platform product team.

Problems you may face:

The "Aha" Moment: How do we shorten the path from sign-up to a user’s first successful deployment across dozens of complex use cases?

Natural Language UX: To what extent do we transition the dashboard from a traditional UI to a natural language interface where users can manage their entire infrastructure via a chatbot? And how do we do that?

AI-Driven Velocity: How do you use AI agents to prototype and ship experiments faster than traditional development cycles while maintaining the "elegance of implementation" and high craft standards?

How can the dashboard provide individual product teams at Cloudflare with a powerful canvas to deliver world-class experiences? Can we maintain a tech stack and common design language that empowers teams to build great experiences rather than constrain them?

Human Connection: As you automate tedious tasks with AI, how will you use that saved time to connect deeper with our customers on Discord, X, and in person to understand their evolving challenges?

Key Competencies:

AI-first + world-class execution: You start every task with AI tools. You are comfortable feeding error logs into agents, building your own internal tools, and acting as a "serious reviewer" for AI-generated code and content.

A/B experimentation high-velocity learnings: You thrive on A/B testing and rapid prototyping. You use data-informed decisions to iterate on onboarding flows, constantly measuring impact on customer retention and adoption metrics.

UX master ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
