The team is building technologies that allow our customers to harness Cloudflare's massive and performant network to meet their federal Data Sovereignty standards as well as their internal regionalization policies.</p> <p>You will work on a range of microservices written mainly in Rust and Go. Technologies we use include Go, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Clickhouse and the usual Unix/Linux tools and workflows. We strive to build reliable, fault-tolerant systems that can operate at Cloudflare’s scale.</p> <p><strong>Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant professional experience with a technology company</li> <li>Experience writing high-quality code in one or more system programming languages (Go, C/C++)</li> <li>Experience building and operating distributed systems</li> <li>Experience with modern Unix/Linux development and runtime environments</li> <li>Excellent debugging skills and attention to details</li> <li>Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking in general</li> </ul> <p><strong>Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Go and/or Rust</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL</li> <li>Designing and building APIs</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What Makes Cloudflare Special?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company.
