We're looking for an inquisitive, curious, and highly technical Senior Product Designer to join our team.</p> <p>Your work will impact the core infrastructure of a product used by millions of people daily. As a Senior Product Designer on the Platform team, you will focus on enterprise-readiness, ensuring our user experience is scalable and works for the most sophisticated needs while being approachable to everyone. We are looking for a "designer who builds" and leverages modern workflows, including AI-augmented design and development, to deliver quickly and bridge the gap between design intent and production.</p> <p>If you're a systems-thinking Senior Product Designer who's excited to work on significant, meaningful, and complex problems with real-world impact, come help us make the Internet better! We'd love to hear from you.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design holistic, end-to-end experiences that transform complex technical constraints into approachable, enterprise-grade product experiences</li> <li>Partner deeply with product and engineering leaders to navigate technical tradeoffs and shape the long-term platform roadmap, facilitate cross-functional design reviews</li> <li>Collaborate across product areas to build shared patterns and design goals that ensure a cohesive experience for enterprise use-cases across products</li> <li>Scale design’s impact and influence throughout the organization by sharing design decisions, concepts, and demos</li> <li>Be an early adopter of AI-assisted design and "vibe coding" tools (Windsurf, OpenCode, etc.), experiment with modern workflows and share learnings with the broader team</li> <li>Move fluidly between Figma and code, for example creating prototypes or designing in code; utilizing the right tools depending on the job</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally within enterprise or platform-centric environments</li> <li>Strong systems thinker capable of managing complex logic and technical constraints without compromising on visual or interaction quality</li> <li>Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear UX approaches and proposals</li> <li>High technical fluency and comfort in a code editor; you are a ...
