<p><strong>Location: Sydney, Australia</strong></p>
<p>Klaviyo is building the next phase of our <strong>Mid-Large Enterprise business in APAC</strong>, and we’re looking for a <strong>Director of Sales</strong> to lead this critical growth engine from Sydney.</p>
<p>Reporting to the APAC <strong>VP of Sales</strong>, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and development of our Mid-Large Enterprise sales organization for Australia and New Zealand. This role sits at the intersection of <strong>people leadership, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence</strong> — with responsibility for people development, driving predictable revenue, and shaping how Klaviyo wins upmarket in APAC.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled sales teams in fast-growing SaaS environments and thrives in ambiguity, acceleration, and change.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<h3><strong>Lead Scale the Mid-Large Enterprise Business</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Klaviyo’s <strong>Mid-Large Enterprise segment in ANZ</strong></li>
<li>Translate growth objectives into <strong>clear operating plans</strong>, priorities, and execution rhythms</li>
<li>Lead a team of high performing <strong>Account Executives.</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>

<h3><strong>Build Exceptional Teams</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Hire, develop, and retain <strong>best-in-class sales and talent</strong></li>
<li>Coach and develop your team, setting a high bar for leadership, performance, and accountability.</li>
<li>Create clear career paths, succession plans, and development frameworks to support long-term growth</li>
<li>Lead cross-functionally to ensure that your extended team is aligned, motivated and engaged through creating clarity, building trusted relationships and modelling Klaviyo’s values and behaviours.<br><br></li>

<h3><strong>Drive Revenue Predictability Performance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own <strong>forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and performance management</strong> across the Mid-Enterprise org</li>
<li>Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities — turning insights into action</li>
<li>Set and uphold rigorous standards for deal quality, inspection, and execution<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Shape Strategy Influence the Business</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Enablement, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to drive regional growth</li>
<li>Serve as a <strong>thought leader</strong> for the Mid-Enterprise segment, influencing go-to-market strategy and investment decisions</li>
<li>Help define and evolve Klaviyo’s <strong>upmarket motion</strong>, including account strategy, sales methodology, awareness and customer engagement models<br><br></li>
