This is a <strong>newly created role</strong> on the landing team, offering a rare opportunity to shape team culture, sales motion, and execution from the ground up.</p>
<p>As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business across <strong>inbound, outbound, and partner channels</strong>. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Sales, you’ll play a critical role in hiring, coaching, forecasting, and building a repeatable outbound engine, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to win and expand customers in the region.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building playbooks, and knows how to balance people leadership with strong execution.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives</li>
<li>Coach reps through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and skill development sessions</li>
<li>Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health, leveraging leading indicators and data-driven insights</li>
<li>Drive outbound strategy and execution, including prospecting motions and opportunity generation</li>
<li>Set clear weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual new business goals — and hold the team accountable</li>
<li>Run weekly scorecard and performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement areas</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales Enablement, and Customer teams to improve sales effectiveness</li>
<li>Support reps in navigating more complex deals (e.g. ROI analysis, security reviews, legal considerations)</li>
<li>Build and evolve a scalable coaching and training framework to support long-term team growth</li>
<li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>2+ years of experience managing Account Executives</strong> in a SaaS environment</li>
<li>Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable to performance standards</li>
<li>Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales metrics</li>
<li>Experience selling into SMB or more complex accounts (enterprise exposure is a plus)</li>
<li>A clear point of view on running effective 1:1s, team cadences, and outbound motions</li>
<li>Confidence operating in ambiguity and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and translate insights into action</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you see problems and move quickly to solve them</li>
