This role ensures day-to-day enforcement is consistent, high-quality, and scalable while freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy, policy, and ecosystem leadership.</p> <p>This manager will directly lead Compliance Specialists and partner with Compliance Operations Analysts to drive efficiency, quality, and readiness for high-risk cases. Success in this role is measured by SLA adherence, enforcement quality, escalation management, and team capability growth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How You Will Make a Difference:</strong></p> <p><strong>People Leadership Team Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists, focusing on skill-building, career progression, and readiness to handle complex compliance scenarios</li> <li>Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment</li> <li>Serve as the first escalation point for high-risk or ambiguous enforcement cases, within defined guardrails</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance Operations Enforcement Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day enforcement workflows, SLA adherence, and quality assurance for Specialists</li> <li>Ensure consistent application of policies, risk frameworks, and escalation matrices across channels</li> <li>Partner with BPO and AI workflows to operationalize routine enforcement, coaching partners as needed</li> <li>Drive improvements to SOPs, playbooks, and operational processes to enable scale</li> <li>Ensure effective collaboration with vendors and external partners to remediate compliance issues efficiently</li> <li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support adoption of internal systems, reporting, and workflow improvements</li> <li>Partner with Compliance Operations Analysts to identify gaps and propose operational improvements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienced people manager (4+ years) with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams</li> <li>Strong operational thinker with experience improving workflows, systems, and performance through process and data design</li> <li>Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous, high-stakes enforcement decisions within defined frameworks</li> <li>Excellent communicator, able to explain compliance expectations and guidance to team members and peers</li> <li>Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows, reporting systems, and messaging platforms</li> <li>You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast.
