This role serves as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across People, Legal, Finance, IT, and Facilities, while also driving corporate-level planning, forecasting, and decision support. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations that contribute to the overall success of Klaviyo. This candidate is able to effectively translate financial guardrails and insights into actionable decisions for stakeholders. This candidate will be responsible for both owning core GA FPA workstreams as well as supporting corporate FPA operating rhythm. </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>How You Will Make a Difference</strong></h3> <h4>Corporate FPA Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Own and evolve company-wide FPA processes and operating cadence, including forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and month-end close support, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and relevance for executive decision-making</li> <li>Serve as a core contributor to quarterly and annual earnings processes, partnering with Accounting and Finance leadership on scenario modeling, drafting earnings narratives, and rigorous QA of financial results and supporting analyses</li> <li>Act as a thought partner to Finance leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs that inform corporate strategy and operating decisions</li> </ul> <h4>GA FPA Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end financial planning and forecasting for GA functions (People, IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities), translating complex operating plans into clear financial implications and actionable recommendations</li> <li>Own annual operating plan, monthly quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned cost centers, supported by advanced models for headcount, compensation, benefits, and operating expenses.</li> <li>Provide executive-level decision support through concise reporting, dashboards, and scenario analysis, proactively surfacing insights to influence leadership priorities and resource allocation, and investment decisions </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of FPA years of experience in FPA, Corporate Finance, or related fields, with strong preference for SaaS or high-growth environments.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) a plus.</li> <li>Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling for cost centers and operational functions.</li> <li>Experien ...
