Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time. </strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design organization. As a key individual contributor, you’ll help shape product strategy and deliver high-quality user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to bring bold ideas to life and ensure that what we design is not only functional but also fast, intuitive, and inspiring. This role requires someone excited to tackle ambitious design challenges, contribute strong design thinking, and use design to drive meaningful business outcomes.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Have an Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to get design projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results.</li> <li>Contribute to multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI.</li> <li>Participate in design critiques, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.</li> <li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li> <li>Support process improvements across the design lifecycle.</li> <li>Adapt the design process to support cross-functional problem solving.</li> <li>Contribute to team growth and design culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of professional product design experience.</li> <li>A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work — from defining problems and audiences through product adoption and iteration.</li> <li>Experience driving product outcomes through experimentation, data-informed design, and continuous iteration.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and bring cross-functional teams together.</li> <li>You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. </li> <li>A systems-thinking mindset, able to identify and design for common components and scalable patterns.</li> <li>Comfort sharing a unique perspective and facilitating productive discussions toward alignment.</li> <li>A growth mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p>We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process.
