<p><strong>Supporting Ben Jackson, Managing Director EMEA</strong></p>
<p>The Senior Executive Business Partner will provide dedicated business and operational support to <strong>Ben Jackson, Managing Director EMEA</strong>, who leads Klaviyo’s Commercial organisation across Europe. This role is a critical partner to EMEA leadership, enabling scale, execution, and operational excellence across a fast-growing, distributed region.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Business Partner to work at the center of Klaviyo’s European growth. You’ll have direct exposure to regional strategy, senior stakeholders, and complex commercial initiatives, while playing a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth execution of priorities across the EMEA Commercial org.</p>
<p>Executive Business Partners at Klaviyo gain unique insight into the vision and execution of a hyper-growth technology company, while having real ownership and impact on how that vision comes to life.</p>
<h2><strong>How You Will Make a Difference</strong></h2>
<p>A successful Senior Executive Business Partner will be a trusted thought partner, operational anchor, and execution driver for the Managing Director EMEA. You’ll deeply understand Ben’s priorities, the needs of the Commercial organisation, and the downstream impact of key initiatives.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end calendar management for the Managing Director EMEA, partnering closely to prioritise time across customers, internal leadership, travel, and strategic initiatives<br><br></li>
<li>Act as a strategic partner on executive-level project management, helping drive key EMEA Commercial initiatives forward<br><br></li>
<li>Manage the operational cadence of the EMEA Commercial organisation, ensuring effective planning, meeting rhythms, follow-ups, and accountability throughout the year<br><br></li>
<li>Serve as a second set of eyes on major initiatives, communications, and planning to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective cross-functional collaboration<br><br></li>
<li>Attend leadership meetings as needed, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables to keep momentum moving<br><br></li>
<li>Coordinate complex internal and external meetings including leadership forums, customer meetings, offsites, all-hands, and cross-functional sessions<br><br></li>
<li>Proactively manage correspondence and meeting priorities, balancing customer needs, regional initiatives, fiscal calendars, and release cycles<br><br></li>
<li>Partner effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, People, and external partners<br><br></li>
<li>Support agenda setting and content review for leadership and Commercial meetings<br><br></li>
<li>Manage global travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Managing Director EMEA, including complex, multi-country schedules<br><br></li>
