This is a highly strategic role combining team leadership, partner enablement, and market expansion.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for building out a high-performing partner team in Asia, managing our book of business in Australia New Zealand (ANZ), and developing a reseller channel in Asia to accelerate regional growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can scale Klaviyo’s presence across diverse markets while driving revenue through strong partner-led motions and introducing AI-first practices to enhance efficiency and impact.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make An Impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, mentor, and lead a growing SMB partner team in Asia, ensuring both performance and career development.</li> <li>Own and expand Klaviyo’s ANZ partner portfolio, driving retention, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.</li> <li>Develop and execute a reseller channel strategy for Asia, enabling scalable market entry and expansion.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and product leaders to align partner activities with APAC go-to-market priorities.</li> <li>Establish scalable partner enablement programs to strengthen co-selling and partner-led revenue motions.</li> <li>Embed AI-first practices across partner workflows, enabling the team to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and scale impact as the business grows.</li> <li>Manage accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across SMB partnerships in APAC.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and measurable impact.</li> <li>Analyze partner performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine strategy.</li> <li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, with a focus on SMB or mid-market SaaS.</li> <li>Track record of building and managing partner teams and reseller ecosystems.</li> <li>Strong understanding of APAC markets, with experience in ANZ and Asia highly preferred.</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Data-driven oper ...
