These enterprise-scale initiatives leverage Elastic’s platform, across search, observability, and security, to improve operational resilience, enhance user experience, and strengthen digital defenses.</p> <p>We're seeking someone who thrives in complexity, leads with influence, and translates vision into action. This role demands strong project and program leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with confidence and clarity - from delivery teams to the C-suite.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of delivery frameworks, strong project and people leadership, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll guide high-performing cross-functional teams, shape engagements for maximum value, and build enduring, trusted relationships both within Elastic and with our customers and partners.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Leading the delivery of Elastic-based solutions for enterprise customers in India and the broader APJ region.</li> <li>Managing project governance, including detailed delivery planning, budgeting, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, and Steering Committee facilitation.</li> <li>Driving alignment across cross-functional, multi-layered customer organizations to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Overseeing multi-functional teams including Elastic consultants, customer personnel, and third-party vendors.</li> <li>Coaching and mentoring sub-stream leads and project team members to maintain high standards of delivery and consistency.</li> <li>Ensuring timely customer sign-offs at project milestones and managing formal transitions and closures.</li> <li>Working closely with Elastic Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to align project delivery with contractual and business objectives through both sales and delivery phases of work. </li> <li>Managing external service providers embedded in the delivery team to ensure accountability and performance.</li> <li>Project and financial reporting internally to Elastic leadership, clearly articulating project status, risks, issues, and escalation paths.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 7–8 years of full-lifecycle project management experience delivering enterprise-scale, technology-driven initiatives using a variety of modern software and project development methodologies. </li> <li>Proven ability to lead delivery across complex enterprise environments with multiple business and technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated success engaging with C-level executives, partner organizations, and internal cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Hands-on technical experience implementing IT solutions, ideally related to search, analytics, observability, or infrastructure.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, including experience developing, and tracking detailed delivery plans, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Confident in organising, driving and facilitating Steering C ...
