<p>We are looking for a <strong>Program Associate, Lifecycle Marketing</strong> to support and grow <strong>product-led email programs</strong> that help users move through <strong>activation, adoption, and expansion</strong>.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll work closely with <strong>IT, Marketing Operations, Product Analytics, Product Marketing, Product, and regional teams</strong> to deliver <strong>thoughtful, timely, and locally relevant email experiences</strong>. You’ll play a key role in bringing email strategies to life, helping identify <strong>product- and behavior-based triggers</strong>, and using <strong>data and product signals</strong> to improve performance over time.</p>
<h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Email Program Execution, Automation Experimentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute the email marketing strategy, including audience sourcing, nurture flow design, automation, and product‑triggered messaging</li>
<li>Build and manage automated, scalable email programs using Marketo, including lifecycle and behavior‑based flows</li>
<li><strong>Connect product telemetry with Marketo</strong> to create audience segmentation and build automated nurture campaigns based on user behavior and product usage.</li>
<li>Design and execute email experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize subject lines, messaging, timing, and conversion performance</li>
<li>Work closely with IT, Marketing Operations, and Product Analytics teams to identify, build, and operationalize email triggers based on product telemetry and user behavior</li>
<li>Actively source new sources of the audience to increase the email campaign reach</li>
<li>Support the scaling of product‑led and lifecycle email programs across regions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nurture Programs Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operational health and optimization nurtures that guide users toward best practices, feature adoption, and improved system performance</li>
<li>Trial‑to‑paid and entry‑level‑to‑cloud conversion nurtures, including localized messaging to support global audiences</li>
<li>Product‑ and solution‑specific nurtures tailored to distinct use cases, personas, and stages of the user journey</li>
<li>Product telemetry– and behavior‑based nurtures triggered by in‑product signals, usage patterns, and lifecycle milestones</li>
<li>Partner with Analytics to track performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operations, Quality Compliance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure operational excellence across all email programs, including QA, deliverability, and regional scalability</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with email regulations and internal governance standards</li>
<li>Contribute to documentation and best practices to support repeatable, scalable execution</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, IT, Marketing Operations, and Product Analytics to align messaging with product priorities and user journeys</li>
<li>Coordinate inputs across teams to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely email communications</li>
