The <strong>Marketing Manager, Executive Program Activation</strong> will help build, centralize and coordinate executive-level efforts downstream across regions and partners — ensuring the right content is in the right hands, and that opportunities for executive engagement are fully optimized.</p> <p>This role helps orchestrate the regional execution of executive sponsorships, content, and partnerships — driving consistency, extending our reach, and helping Elastic show up with credibility and impact in every market.</p> <h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3> <p><strong>Regional Partner Exec Program Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with global exec engagement team, field, and partner marketing teams to activate executive engagement strategies within local markets and/or joint partner programs.</li> <li>Identify and build opportunities where events, executive sponsorships, or partnerships can be scaled across multiple regions.</li> <li>Facilitate regular touchpoints with regional, and partner stakeholders alongside executive engagement team to align on executive initiatives, content needs, and upcoming opportunities.<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Content Enablement Distribution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure regions and partners have access to relevant executive-level content, messaging, program assets, and promotional material by delivering “programs in a box” that can be scaled across geos.Collaborate with content teams to support the localization, adaptation, or co-branding of materials for regional or partner use.</li> <li>Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate regional and partner derivatives of digital and print materials</li> <li>Maintain a centralized repository of executive assets, ensuring ease of access and clarity on usage guidelines.<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Support Effectiveness Tracking</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track the deployment, adoption, and performance of executive programs across regions and partners.</li> <li>Captures local market intelligence and distills it into practical recommendations for the global executive engagement team</li> <li>Collect feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine content, messaging, and program approaches.</li> <li>Support global executive engagement campaign manager in reporting related to regional and partner focused executive engagement efforts and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, program coordination, field marketing, or partner marketing.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cross-functional, global initiatives.</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build alignment across diverse teams.</li> <li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the agility to adapt to evolving needs.</li> <li>Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Marketo, or similar platforms).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienc ...
