These partners extend Elastic’s capabilities through integrations, joint solutions, and emerging AI-driven use cases that help customers solve complex problems.</p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Partner Marketing Manager</strong> to support partner marketing efforts aligned to joint marketing plans with our AI ecosystem and technology partners. This role is responsible for planning and delivering partner-specific marketing initiatives that reflect shared solution priorities, technical integrations, and joint go-to-market motions.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h2> <p><strong>Own Joint Marketing Plans</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage joint marketing plans with assigned AI ecosystem and technology partners.</li> <li>Translate joint solution priorities, integration roadmaps, and GTM motions into actionable marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Align partner plans with Elastic product priorities, launches, and broader ecosystem strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Implement Partner-Specific Initiatives</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead execution of partner-aligned campaigns, launches, events, and solution-focused activations.</li> <li>Coordinate timelines, results, and inputs across internal teams and partners.</li> <li>Adapt execution based on partner readiness, technical turning points, and market opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Support Solution Integration-Led GTM</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with partners to bring joint solutions and integrations to market.</li> <li>Support marketing activities tied to product releases, technical announcements, and customer stories.</li> <li>Ensure Elastic is clearly and accurately represented within partner-facing solution narratives and materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partner Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners.</li> <li>Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Alliances, Sales, and Field Marketing.</li> <li>Build strong working relationships with partner marketing and cross-functional collaborators.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Measure Refine</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track performance against joint plans, including engagement, adoption, and pipeline contribution.</li> <li>Use insights from execution and partner feedback to inform future plans.</li> <li>Share results and recommendations with leadership.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of proven experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution</li> <li>Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder marketing activities</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities</li> <li>Experience working within defined processes</li> <li>Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders</li> <li>Availability for occasional travel as needed</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br>Compensation for this role is in the form of base sa ...
