Our mission is to build the high-leverage internal tools and systems that empower Field teams to drive revenue and operate at peak efficiency. This isn’t about building features for a generic user base; it’s about building the specialized scaffolding—automation, experiences, and custom workflows—that turns our sales and operations strategy into a scalable reality.</p> <p>This role will be a "zero-to-one" builder. You’ll take manual business processes and transform them into lovable user experiences.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Greenfield Internal Tooling:</strong> Develop new internal applications from scratch, focusing on tools that streamline the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Operational Automation:</strong> Build robust backend services and integrations that eliminate manual "swivel-chair" tasks, ensuring data moves seamlessly between our core platform and internal systems.</li> <li><strong>Architect for Efficiency:</strong> Design scalable data models and API contracts that serve as the foundation for our revenue operations, ensuring long-term technical health.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong professional experience with <strong>TypeScript</strong>, <strong>Node.js</strong>, and <strong>React</strong>. You can move between the frontend and backend with ease.</li> <li>A high level of autonomy.
