This position will focus on helping prioritize requests across multiple groups within Marketing, helping them to navigate the web team’s processes, and ultimately helping build an amazing website experience.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage intake, routing, prioritization, and management for web team requests.</li> <li>Own and manage web projects, including: scoping, creating timelines, ensuring insight into key dependencies, driving the team and its stakeholders to meet project milestones on time.</li> <li>Maintain clear project plans, project boards, and documentation to ensure projects are on track.</li> <li>Oversee and report on the health of all active web team tickets.</li> <li>Manage relationships with internal clients - driving proactive communication to facilitate decision making and removing roadblocks as they arise.</li> <li>Provide strong leadership, sound judgment, and clear communication to both stakeholders and team members.</li> <li>Provide guidance and education to non-technical stakeholders on how to create high-quality, SEO and accessibility friendly web pages.</li> <li>Improve the process. Collaboratively work to improve process and efficiency for the web team and its cross-functional partners.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience managing work for a large scale customer-facing marketing website</li> <li>3-5 years as a technical program manager, technical project manager, or related field</li> <li>Prior experience working in Product or Marketing Organizations</li> <li>Ability to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change</li> <li>Excellent, proactive communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment</li> <li>Ability to build effective work relationships with cross functional teams</li> <li>A love for process and an understanding of how to map out team processes/timelines, improve upon them, and iterate.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Agile software development such as Scrum or Kanban</li> <li>Ability to dive deep in understanding customer needs and delivering an effective and engaging web experiences</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with both business and technical teams</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People</strong></h2> <p>As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
