<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Asana is looking for a strategic sales professional who holds themselves accountable to a consistent and repeatable process. As a member of our growing Revenue group, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing a sales model that balances bottoms-up scale with top-down positioning and doing so with the largest global customers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define account strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Exec Sponsors</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Sell 6- and 7-figure deals into the world’s leading companies by solving real problems and providing measurable value</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Navigate enterprises to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentorship and leadership within the sales organization as a member of the most experienced sales segment at Asana</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 500 senior line-of-business and IT executives</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">10+ years’ experience as an account executive in both new logo and expansion motions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years selling software at the Enterprise level</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience penetrating and managing a book of Named Accounts</span></li>
