<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Asana is looking for an experienced self-starter to join our Revenue Operations organization to support our EMEA GTM team, based in our Dublin office. In this critical strategic and operational role, you’ll be part of a small yet mighty team that is responsible for the Annual Planning effort for all Sales. This includes the creation and oversight of sales territories, as well as collaborating with our Compensation team to deliver incentive plans to our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will be directly responsible for the build and communication of sales territories as well as ownership and maintenance of territories throughout the year. You will work closely with our operations and technology teams to scale data enrichment and territory management in Salesforce. Your primary partners will be the EMEA based team; however the role offers a significant opportunity to impact the overall success of the global Asana sales team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you'll achieve:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure a Fast Start to every new fiscal year for the Revenue org</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive data-driven decision making to proactively surface insights to the business</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify, own, and execute strategic initiatives to up-level and unlock growth for Asana’s revenue organization, often working cross-functionally across sales/strategy/marketing/finance/people and talent</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate operational excellence by documenting best practices and creating global standardization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Continue to move our planning and in year processes out of spreadsheets and into Anaplan</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About you:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">4+ years experience supporting a Sales Team in finance, strategy, or operations role</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in territory design methodologies and data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets advanced functions: SQL preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced experience building custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to support territory analysis and sales performance tracking</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track record of results in fast-moving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity and limited supervision</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing complex projects end-to-end; from inception to design to execution and, ultimately, impact</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings and changes to senior ...
