We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by <a href="https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies">Y-Combinator</a>.</p></div><h3>About the Job</h3> <p>As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our LATAM GM on launching Xendit across Latin America. You will be part of the team that defines the best launch strategy in the region, identifying the countries, products, regulatory frameworks, competitive environments, and appropriate value propositions to ensure a successful launch of Xendit.</p> <p>Additionally, your role will be multidisciplinary, where you will need to collaborate with various areas of the organization, implementing the necessary processes and tasks to ensure optimal and efficient operations.<br><br>Your role will also demand:</p> <ul> <li>Execute high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals</li> <ul> <li>This role comes with great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them</li> </ul> <li>Collaborate with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems</li> <ul> <li>Monitor communications with stakeholders in other Xendit offices.</li> <li>Lead meeting preparation and debrief, creating agendas to ensure efficiency and summaries to maximize stakeholder return on time</li> </ul> <li>Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions</li> <ul> <li>Some previous projects have involved: identifying new business opportunities, hiring talented people, measuring KPIs for different teams, creating SOPs to establish operations processes </li> <li>Assist in preparation of reports, pitch decks, and presentations</li> <li>Support execution of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to external communications, merchant operations, sales operations, financial operations, etc.</li> </ul> <li><strong>In other words, do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed in LATAM</strong><br><br></li> </ul> <h2>What we’re looking for</h2> <ul> <li>You have a track record of being number 1 in several different areas</li> <li>You are a hyper-logical thinker</li> <li>You’re a fast learner and comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>You are curious in nature and interested in making an impact</li> <li>You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in</li> <li>You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Detail oriented and comfortable with solving problems </li> <li>Able to prioritise urgent and important requests to manage daily workload </li> <li>Team player and comfortable with working across functions and engaging with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Understands working within operations to deliver best customer experience </li> <li>Communicate well across teams and cultures</li> <li>Are ...
