This role does <strong data-start="343" data-end="350">not</strong> manage direct reports but is responsible for owning the full AP function, improving processes, and partnering closely with Finance and cross-functional teams.</p> <h3 data-start="511" data-end="535"><strong data-start="515" data-end="535">Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="536" data-end="1294"> <li data-start="536" data-end="635"> <p data-start="538" data-end="635">Manage end-to-end AP activities, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment runs.</p> </li> <li data-start="636" data-end="719"> <p data-start="638" data-end="719">Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, W-9s, and payment information.</p> </li> <li data-start="720" data-end="817"> <p data-start="722" data-end="817">Monitor the AP inbox and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.</p> </li> <li data-start="818" data-end="913"> <p data-start="820" data-end="913">Reconcile AP accounts and support month-end close, including accruals and AP aging reviews.</p> </li> <li data-start="914" data-end="1001"> <p data-start="916" data-end="1001">Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1002" data-end="1113"> <p data-start="1004" data-end="1113">Coordinate with Procurement, FPA, and Accounting on purchase orders, budget alignment, and payment timing.</p> </li> <li data-start="1114" data-end="1215"> <p data-star ...
