LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.What you will do:Own technical product narratives for LangSmith, with a focus on Observability and EvaluationExplain how teams build, evaluate, and operate agents in production through clear, credible technical storytellingWrite technical blog posts, author tutorials, and build demos on observability, evaluation, and agent best practicesCreate long-form video tutorials and short-form demo content that shows the product in action, starring you!Contribute evergreen technical content for education and SEO when neededCreate product and customer-facing content used across launches, campaigns, and eventsPartner closely with Product and Engineering to trial features and validate technical messagingEnable sales with competitive analysis, technical deep dives, and clear objection handlingWhat we're looking for:6–10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketingExperience working on highly technical products, ideally developer tools, infrastructure, or observability platformsExperience marketing to engineering and technical product teamsAbility to code and reason about agentic production systems, including observability and evaluation workflowsStrong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and technical architectures, with the ability to explain them clearlyBackground as an engineer, formal engineering education, or equivalent hands-on experienceStrong written and verbal communicator, including experience creating technical content and leading demos or presentationsAbility to translate complex technical ideas into clear, credible narratives for technical audiencesEngaging on screen and on-stage storytellerProven ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and MarketingComfort operating in a fast-moving, high-context environment with a bias toward shipping and iterationCompensation & Benefits:We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.Annual salary range: $175,000-$225,000
