Backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV, our fast-moving team is building on our CEO's founding vision to power the world's best AI tools and help everyone automate the web.About the RoleBrowserbase is excited to hire an Account Executive to create and grow the enterprise sales motion. In this pivotal role, you'll establish our enterprise sales strategy from the ground up, building relationships with key prospects and closing deals that drive our continued growth. You'll work closely with leadership to define our sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market approach while serving as the face of Browserbase to enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute our enterprise sales strategy, including outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing dealsCreate sales processes, documentation, and playbooks that will scale with our growing teamBuild and maintain relationships with enterprise prospects and customersCollaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and market opportunitiesDeliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of our technical platform, with the support of our talented Sales Engineer.Negotiate complex contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeProvide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and company strategyTrack and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline to leadershipRepresent Browserbase at industry events and conferencesQualifications5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in technical products or AI infrastructureTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environmentExperience with product-led growth strategies and converting self-service users to enterprise contractsComfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new business relationshipsStrong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical conceptsExperience selling developer tools, API products, or other technical infrastructureExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholdersSelf-motivated with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environmentExperience building sales processes from scratch at an early-stage company is a plusWhy you should join usWe’ll make sure you’re fully covered with health insurance, tech setup, flexible time off, and office snacks.
